Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel your order as that's our order processing time. If the order has been cancelled and your payment is made in advance, we will provide you the refund within 72 hours of your request. Bank processing time may take up to 7 working days.
If your order has been confirmed and you wish to cancel it while it's in transit, we will deduct the delivery charges as they are non-refundable. The difference will be refunded to you.
To cancel an order, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number within 24 hours from the time order is placed. You can also send us a direct message on our Instagram.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unworn item(s). If you received a box with your order, make sure the box is also returned. The box needs to be in the same condition as well.
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Keep all the item(s) (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and send it to us against the following details:
HK Accessories, Shop 8/A Laxmi Building, Bolton Market, Karachi, Pakistan.
- Please ensure that all item(s) that are to be returned must be unworn and in their original condition with the packaging intact. Any item(s) that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Item(s) that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- To be a 100% sure that the item(s) will be accepted back, we advise you to email us the pictures/videos of the item(s) so we can gauge their condition.
You are responsible to get the item(s) over to us at the aforementioned address. Be sure to follow the instructions to avoid difficulties.
In case of a return/refund, once we receive the item(s), we will refund the amount you paid for the item(s) only. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
In case of an exchange/replacement, once we receive the item(s), we will check the condition of the item(s), and send you a replacement.
In both cases, you are responsible to bear the delivery charges.
If we send you a faulty or an incorrect item(s), then the delivery charges are on us.
